Will Drafting: Start to Finish

This program was recorded on June 20th, 2017

Starting with a review of some basic guidelines for legal writing, we follow a typical case from initial client meeting to execution of the will. We will address particular issues for single clients, clients with young children, blended families and same sex couples. We will look at other documents that should be included in a basic estate plan, to include Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Directives, and Final Disposition Instructions.
