FAQs

What is the difference between Live Webcast and ReBroadcast?

Live Webcast is streaming live while the speakers present their information. A ReBroadcast streams the recorded teaching while a moderator directs discussion questions during the program. Every question or concern posted during a ReBroadcast will be sent to the presenters and will be answered within 2 business days.

How do I receive a certificate of attendance?

After you have completed a course, you will automatically be sent a certificate of completion as proof of your attendance. Within 7 business days, you will receive an official Certificate of Attendance based on your state of licensure and that state’s rules and procedures for course approval.

How will my attendance be reported to the state bar?

Every state has its own rules regarding the procedure for attendance reporting. Please check out our State Requirements page for information on your state. In states where the sponsor is required to report attendance, LawProCLE has 30 days to notify each state bar of attorney’s participation.

How long am I able to access an On-Demand course that I have purchased?

Each On-Demand course is available to you for 1 year from date of purchase. Additionally, CLE credit is only available within that year.

What if a program I want to purchase is not accredited in my state?

LawProCLE makes application to the primary state of licensure of any attorney registering for a course. If for any reason a course is not accredited in your state we may either offer you an additional complimentary course for credit or assist you in applying for approval independently. Please note: we do not seek accreditation in the state of Virginia.

How can I become a LawProCLE presenter?

We are always looking for qualified speakers! Please check out our Speak for LawProCLE page for more information.

How and when do I get the materials provided for the course?

Each individual presenter offers unique materials for the course they are teaching. These materials will be available on the day of broadcast in the course portal upon login. You may download them to your computer and print them should you choose to.

Can I watch my courses on my mobile device?

For best quality and better interaction, we recommend watching our programs on a computer, however our system does allow viewing of our courses on mobile devices.
