About Catherine Losey

Practice and Experience

Catherine is a litigator and electronic discovery specialist. She has represented companies and individuals in cases across the nation, and her diverse litigation experience includes class and collective action lawsuits. She is an author and educator in the field of electronic discovery. Her experience includes advising Fortune 20 clients on strategies for preservation, collection, review, and production of electronic data and litigating electronic discovery issues in state and federal court. While in law school, Catherine interned for the Hon. Steven D. Merryday of the U. S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. She was a teaching assistant for legal research and writing, appellate advocacy, and trial practice and served on the Florida Law Review executive board as symposium editor.
